Reviewer Autofill
A small tool for people who review applications in Google Sheets. Pick a note and the Yes/No acceptance, the note and your reviewer name fill in by themselves.
What it does
- When you pick a note in your review sheet, the acceptance column is set to Yes or No to match it.
- Type a short key (for example 1) in the Reviewed By column and the whole row fills in: the note, its Yes/No and your name.
- Works with three kinds of applications, each with its own sheet, notes and shortcuts.
- Only changes your own edits, and only in the spreadsheet you connect. You can turn it off at any time.
How to start
- Open the app and sign in with your Google account when asked.
- Enter the access code you were given, your reviewer name and the link to your review spreadsheet.
- Press Save. From then on the autofill runs when you edit your sheet.
What it needs from your Google account
The app asks to see your email address, to edit the spreadsheets you connect, to install the small edit trigger that makes the autofill run, and to send notices to a Discord channel run by the app's owner. The privacy policy explains each one in plain words, and how to remove access whenever you like.
